Terms of Use

Effective August 3, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and the operators of the 0xD09E Launchpad ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the interface, connecting a wallet, or submitting a transaction, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.

2. About the interface

0xD09E Launchpad is a software interface for mining vanity contract addresses and launching tokens through the Pons protocol on Robinhood Chain. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by Pons Labs, LLC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. You may not use the interface if you are located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or where use would be unlawful.

4. Noncustodial interface

We do not hold your assets or private keys, control your wallet, execute transactions on your behalf, guarantee settlement, or have any ability to reverse a blockchain transaction. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving every transaction before signing.

5. Token launches and content

You are solely responsible for tokens you create or promote and for all content you submit. Launching a token through this interface does not mean we have reviewed, sponsored, endorsed, or approved the token or its creator. You must not submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or misleading content.

6. Risk disclosures

Tokens available through the interface may be volatile, experimental, illiquid, malicious, or worthless. You may lose some or all of the assets you use. Nothing on the interface is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any token, and nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice. See the full Risk Disclaimer.

7. Fees and taxes

Launches and trades incur network and protocol fees, including a launch fee and liquidity fees that are split between creators and the $D09E buyback. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes arising from your use of the interface.

8. Material interests

We and our contributors may hold, trade, or otherwise have an interest in $D09E or tokens launched through the interface, and are not obligated to disclose such interests.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the interface to break the law, defraud others, manipulate markets, interfere with or attack the interface, or facilitate unregistered investment schemes.

10. Third-party services

The interface connects to independent wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, RPC providers, indexers, and storage systems. Their terms govern their use, and we are not responsible for them.

11. No warranties

The interface is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or accuracy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of assets, profits, or data arising from your use of the interface.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising out of your use of the interface, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Changes and availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, and may update these Terms as the interface, risks, or legal requirements change. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
