Privacy Policy

Effective August 3, 2026

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the operators of the 0xD09E Launchpad ("we," "us," or "our") handle information when you visit the interface, connect a wallet, or launch, claim, or trade a token. The interface is noncustodial: we do not manage wallets, hold private keys, custody assets, or execute blockchain transactions on your behalf. 0xD09E Launchpad is an independent project and is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by Pons Labs, LLC.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the interface, prepare transaction requests for your wallet to approve, pin logos to IPFS, display public on-chain activity, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with applicable law.

4. Blockchain is public and permanent

Public blockchain networks are transparent by design. Transactions, wallet addresses, token activity, and contract events may be permanently available through Robinhood Chain, nodes, explorers, and indexers. We cannot modify, obscure, reverse, or erase information recorded on-chain. Disconnecting your wallet does not remove prior on-chain activity.

5. How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with infrastructure providers that support hosting, content delivery, RPC access, IPFS pinning, and analytics (for example, hosting platforms, RPC providers, and IPFS gateways). We may also disclose information where legally required or to investigate abuse or security matters.

6. Third-party services

Wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, and linked services are independent of us and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Review them before use.

7. Browser storage

We and our providers may use local storage and similar technologies to remember preferences and maintain wallet sessions. You can clear browser storage at any time; some features may then stop working. We do not use personal data for targeted advertising.

8. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards, but no internet service is perfectly secure. Never share private keys, recovery phrases, or wallet credentials with anyone, including us.

9. Children

The interface is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the interface or legal requirements change. The effective date above reflects the current version.

11. Contact

Privacy questions can be raised through our official community channels linked in the footer.
